audio

Some of our apps record audio.Some key points regarding user data:

1. Audio is recorded for speech analysis information only. Audio is recorded and sent to a remote server for speech and phonetic language analysis. It is not saved locally and removed from your device systematically. 
2. Upon completion of  speech and phonetic language analysis, all audio data submitted by users will be promptly and irreversibly discarded from remote servers.
3. All language analysis data such scores, and transcriptions are stored on device and not sent to a remote server or shared with any third party.

Our software runs on the Apple, Inc. iOS mobile operating system.  iOS runs some services that impact your privacy:

1. If you use Speech Recognition, your speech and related data are transmitted by iOS to Apple, Inc. and/or their partners over an encrypted connection. (You can turn off "Dictation" in iOS to disable Speech Recognition).
2. Our Apps use Apple as a payment provider for paid subscriptions. Apple's Privacy Policy can be found here.

usage data

Information about your use of our App, such as the features you use, the time and duration of your use, and other app usage statistics. We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

1. To provide and maintain our Apps, including analyzing and improving its features and functionality.
2. To provide you with personalized feedback, analysis, and recommendations based on your recorded speech and usage data.
3. To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the overall user experience and performance of our App.
4. To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security breaches, or illegal activity.

payment info

We do not have access to your credit card details or billing information, because third-party partners such as Apple manages the purchases of virtual goods.

platform game services

Some of our Apps use platform game services. Such services collect non-personal information for example high scores for leaderboards. They can also collect other information you provide them, but we are not in control of that information. You can review Apple’s Game Center privacy policy here:
