This Privacy Policy explains how Akshit Sharma (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes information in connection with Ball Dash! (also referred to as “Ball Dash” and, in this Privacy Policy, the “Game”), including related gameplay systems, multiplayer features, marketplace features, chat functionality, cloud save functionality, advertising integrations, and in-app purchase functionality, to the extent such features are made available.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to the Game on Android and to related online services, features, and systems that are linked to or made available through the Game, including multiplayer, marketplace, chat, cloud save, ads, and in-app purchases, where applicable.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms, app stores, payment processors, advertising networks, or external services that may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
