Privacy Policy for Bacilla-Boom

Pavlo Shabanov ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Bacilla-Boom (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App, and the choices you have associated with that information.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data ourselves.
Your game progress, unlocked levels, lives, and settings (such as the mute toggle) are saved locally on your device only. We have no server that receives, stores, or has access to this information, and no account or sign-in is required to play the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information used to identify you, according to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded video advertisements in the App (rewarded ads let you continue a level for free instead of spending in-game score). AdMob and its partners may collect and use data -- including your advertising ID, device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data -- to serve and measure ads. For users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, the App shows a consent dialog (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, letting you choose whether to allow ad personalization. You can also reset or opt out of your advertising ID at any time in your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Firebase (Google)
We use the following Firebase services, provided by Google:
- Firebase Analytics -- collects gameplay events (e.g. level started, level completed) and standard device/usage data, to help us understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Firebase Crashlytics -- collects crash and error reports (device information and stack traces) so we can find and fix bugs.
- Firebase Remote Config -- fetches configuration values for the App; this may include basic device/app identifiers needed to deliver the configuration.

Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:
- Internet / Network State -- required to load ads, send analytics and crash data, and fetch remote configuration.
- Vibrate -- used for haptic feedback during gameplay; no data leaves your device for this.
- Advertising ID (AD_ID) -- used by AdMob to serve and measure ads, as described above.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service integrated in the App, please contact us and we will work with that provider to have it removed.
Data Security
Since we do not operate any backend that stores personal data, the App's saved data (progress, settings) lives only on your own device, protected by your device's own security. Data handled by our third-party providers (Google AdMob and Firebase) is secured according to their own security practices.
Your Choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalized ads generally, from your Android device settings.
- You can withdraw ad-personalization consent at any time by reinstalling the App, which shows the consent dialog again.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored save data from your device.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted.
