This Privacy Policy explains how Vido Technology ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information when you use B Match (the "Application"). The Application is a mobile game that may use Google sign-in, in-app purchases, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Application, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and identifier data, such as your in-game UID, a linked Google account identifier, email address, profile name, and other identifiers needed to authenticate or recover your account.

• Usage and analytics data, such as session events, app interactions, gameplay events, feature usage, and general engagement information.

• Device and technical data, such as IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, language, network status, and other technical signals needed to operate, secure, or improve the Application.

• Crash and diagnostics data, such as crash logs, stack traces, error reports, and related device or app state information.

• Advertising-related data, such as device or other identifiers, ad interactions, approximate network-based information, and fraud-prevention signals used by our advertising partners.

• Purchase and transaction status data, such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, order status, and subscription status needed to provide paid content or verify purchases through Google Play.

• Support information you provide directly to us, including the content of emails or account deletion requests sent to our support address.

2. How We Collect Information

• Directly from you when you sign in, contact us, request support, or request account deletion.

• Automatically when you use the Application.

• Through third-party SDKs and service providers integrated into the Application.

These providers may process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms and platform disclosures. We encourage you to review their policies as well.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Application.

• To create, authenticate, link, and recover user accounts across devices.

• To deliver gameplay features, cloud-linked progress, and customer support.

• To analyze usage trends, measure performance, and improve app quality.

• To display, measure, and optimize advertising where applicable.

• To verify in-app purchases and deliver purchased content.

• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, invalid traffic, and security incidents.

• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and users.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Google Services

We may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication, Google Play services, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. These services may collect, transmit, or process certain identifiers, technical data, diagnostics data, usage data, purchase status, and advertising-related data to support app functionality, analytics, account recovery, advertising, anti-fraud measures, and service reliability.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only as reasonably necessary with service providers, platform providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, payment verification providers, anti-fraud providers, and legal authorities in the following circumstances:

• to operate or improve the Application;

• to authenticate users or recover accounts;

• to process or verify in-app purchases;

• to display or measure advertising;

• to prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, or cheating;

• to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests;

• to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Service Provider, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide the Application and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention may vary depending on the type of data, the service provider involved, and the purpose for which the data was collected.

8. Account Deletion and Data Deletion Requests

If you would like to delete your B Match account and related data, you may submit a request by contacting us at wuyujingfeng@gmail.com. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and, where available, include your in-game UID, the Google account email linked to your account, and any other details that may help us identify the account.

Once a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize account-related data to the extent reasonably practicable. This may include account profile information, account-linking records, game progress, and cloud-linked data associated with the account.

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, payment and tax records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary or as required by applicable law.

At this time, we may not offer deletion of certain categories of data without also deleting the associated account, except where required by law or technically supported by the relevant service provider.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information. Data transmitted by the Application or its service providers may be encrypted in transit using industry-standard security measures such as HTTPS/TLS where supported.

11. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers. By using the Application, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at the Privacy Policy URL and update the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Application after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.
