This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone decided to use my Service or Application. If you choose to use my Service or Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy as well as the policy terms as they stated below.
By using the application, you must agree to the application Terms and Conditions Agreement, located at the App Store Application Page under the "License Agreement" link.
Information Collected by The Application Developer
The application developed by the developer does not directly collect any personally identifiable information about its users. All Information entered in order to operate the application and use its functionality is stored locally on the user device. Because your data remains strictly on your personal device, you are solely responsible for securing your device (e.g., using passcodes or biometrics) to protect your local data from unauthorized access.
Information Collected By Third Parties & Required Consents
The application may use third-party SDK services, including but not limited to RevenueCat, to manage in-app purchases, subscription infrastructure, and basic analytics. While the developer does not directly collect your personal data, these third-party services may collect technical data, anonymous device identifiers, purchase history, crash reports, and usage analytics to function properly.
In order to use the Application and any of its subscription features, you must read, understand, and explicitly agree to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy, which governs how your purchase and analytics data is handled. You can review their policy here: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Data Rights and Deletion
Because the Developer does not store your data on external servers, local data can be permanently deleted simply by uninstalling the Application from your device. Any subscription, analytics, or purchase data collected by third parties (such as Apple or RevenueCat) must be managed, canceled, or deleted through your personal Apple ID settings and in accordance with the respective third-party policies.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. The Developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided any third-party SDK with personal data via this Application, please contact the respective third party (e.g., Apple) to request deletion.
Policies can be updated and change their terms and descriptions. By using the application, you agree to be responsible to follow, read, and agree to their updated versions in order to continue using the application.
By using the application, you understand that the developer does not handle your private information whatsoever. You understand and agree that the developer will not hold any sort of liability and will not provide any sort of warranty or compensation regarding the privacy practices, data breaches, third-party server hacks, and liability issues that might arise with the "Auto Task: Automatic Scheduler" usage, software integration, development, deployment or any fault or flaw that might arise from using the Application. This is in accordance with the "Auto Task: Automatic Scheduler" Terms and Conditions Agreement, including, but not limited to, its "NO WARRANTY" and "Limitation of Liability" sections.
Jurisdiction of Judgment
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and the competent courts in the State of Israel (specifically Tel Aviv-Yafo) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement.
