Our Privacy Commitment
Asole AI is designed with privacy at its core. Your conversations, tasks, reminders, and all personal data stay on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers.
What We DON'T Collect

All AI processing happens locally on your device.
What Third-Party Services Collect
1. Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase for app stability and improvement:
- Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reports (device model, OS version, crash logs)
- Analytics: Anonymous app usage statistics (screens viewed, features used)
- No personal identifiers are collected
2. AdMob (Google)
We use AdMob to support free app development:
- Device advertising ID (for showing relevant ads)
- General location (country/region level only)
- Device information (model, OS, screen size)
- You can opt-out via device settings: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking (iOS) or Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (Android)

App Permissions Explained
We request the following permissions:

All permissions are used only when you actively use the feature. Data never leaves your device.
Your Data Rights

✅ Control: No account needed - you're in full control
Data Security
- All data stored locally using encrypted SQLite database
- LLM models and conversations never transmitted over internet
- No cloud backups or syncing (unless you manually export)
- App works 100% offline
Children's Privacy
Asole AI does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences. Parents should supervise children's use of AI applications.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
International Users
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR:
- Right to access your data (already available via export)
- Right to deletion (uninstall the app)
- Right to object to processing (limited since processing is local)
Since all processing is local on your device, traditional GDPR data controller obligations don't apply to your personal data.
