This Privacy Policy describes how ArenaGo ("we", "us", "the Service Provider") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ArenaGo mobile application (the "Application").

We collect the following information when you register and use the Application:

- User ID (automatically assigned to each account)
- Booking/purchase history
- Profile photo (optional)
- User-generated content, such as reviews and comments about venues

- Diagnostic and crash report data, used to maintain app stability

We do not collect your precise or approximate location, and the Application does not use artificial intelligence to process your personal data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate core features of the Application, including account registration and venue booking
- Verify your identity through SMS one-time codes
- Maintain your booking history
- Display reviews you submit for venues
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Communicate important account or service-related notices

SMS Verification

To verify your phone number during registration, we use a third-party SMS delivery service (Eskiz). Your phone number is shared with this provider solely to deliver the verification code.

Payments

Payments for bookings are processed through third-party payment providers (Click and Payme). When you choose to pay, you will be redirected to the payment provider's own application or website. We do not collect or store your card details on our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:
- The SMS provider (Eskiz), for phone verification
- Payment providers (Click, Payme), when you initiate a payment
- Legal authorities, if required by applicable law

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or tax compliance (up to 1 year for transaction records).

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at igamberdiyevqahramon22@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed manually by our team and completed within 7 business days.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
