Privacy Policy for Personal Information
“ ANET ”
This Privacy Policy for personal information (here in after referred to as the Policy) applies to information that ANET ASAKABANK (here in after referred to as ANET™) may receive about the User during their use of ANET™ mobile in the form of a mobile.
The policy applies only to the Services. ANET™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites/services that the User can access via links accessible from the Services.
All terms and definitions not provided and used in the text of the Policy are provided in other agreements/contracts, the subject of which is the procedure for the provision and use of ANET™ Services by the User.
Use of ANET™ means the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using ANET.
1. Client information received and processed by ANET™:
1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, the User’s personal information shall mean:
1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when registering in any of the ANET or in the process of using the ANET, including the User’s personal data transferred during the execution of any agreements between ANET™ and the User. It should be noted that the User’s use of certain ANET™ services is possible only if the necessary data is provided.
1.1.2. Data that is automatically transferred by ANET™ during the use of ANET™ Services using the software installed on the User’s device, access time, and the address of the requested page.
1.1.2.1. When using the ANET,User can upload image to profile from device's photo library and it only is used within application and before uploading device ask permission to photo library. it is optional and is used only within app.
1.1.2.2. By using any service provided by ANET™, the User agrees that ANET™ may use statistical data and may transfer them to a third party for research, performance of work or provision of services by ANET.
1.1.3. ANET may receive publicly available information when the User uses third-party resources (e.g. chats/forms/social networks). This data may contain information that the User publishes, including in the form of comments or reviews about ANET. ANET uses such information to improve the quality of service to Clients.
1.1.4. ANET™ may receive information about the User from its counterparties and/or Partners. For example, when executing an agreement with a counterparty, the latter may transfer to ANET™ certain information that provides the counterparty with the opportunity to establish a connection between such User and his transfer, information about the execution of which is transferred by ANET™ to the counterparty.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing personal information of Clients
2.1. ANET™ collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary to provide ANET Services or to fulfill agreements with the User, except for cases when the legislation provides for the mandatory receipt and storage of certain personal information. Storage of personal information is carried out no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless the storage period of such personal information is established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Policy on the use of ANET by the User.
2.2. ANET™ may use the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Execution of agreements with ANET™, as well as agreements concluded with counterparties of ANET™, including for the purposes of identification/simplified identification of the User, providing the User with the opportunity to use all available services of ANET™;
2.2.2. Communications. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of ANET™ Services / provision of ANET™ services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User, including subsequent transfer of such requests and applications for execution to ANET™ counterparties;
2.2.3. Improving the quality of ANET™ Services, the convenience of their use, developing new ANET™ Services, offering the User personalized ANET™ Services;
2.2.4. Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data;
2.2.5. Preventing conditions that facilitate the performance of actions using ANET™ Mobile that are contrary to the requirements of the law or agreement.
3. Terms of processing the User’s personal information and its transfer to third parties
3.1. ANET™ processes the personal information of Clients in accordance with this Policy, the terms of provision of specific services and the internal regulations of ANET™.
3.2. The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is ensured.
3.3. Publicly available information.
ANET™ Services may have forums and/or chats on any social network and channel where Clients can exchange ideas and communicate with each other. When posting a message on a forum or in a chat area, the User should keep in mind that such information will be publicly available online and such posting is done by the User at his/her own risk.
3.4. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of ANET™ or third parties in cases where ANET™ has sufficient grounds to believe that the User violates the terms of the applicable ANET™ Policy and/or the requirements of applicable legislation.
3.5. When processing personal data of Clients, ANET™ is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other regulatory acts governing relations in the field of ensuring the security of personal data.
4. Changing and deleting personal information by the User, as well as gaining access to it.
4.1. As part of the ANET™ Services, the User is provided with the functional ability to change (update, supplement) or delete the information or part of it provided by the User.
4.1.1. To the extent established by applicable law, ANET™ shall notify each recipient to whom the personal information has been disclosed of any change or destruction of personal information, except in cases where this proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort.
4.2. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, ANET™ may be obliged to process/store the User's personal information obtained through the use of the ANET™ Services. Such processing/storage is carried out by ANET™ in cases, on the grounds and within the timeframes established by the legislation and this Agreement.
4.3. Right of access
4.3.1. In accordance with applicable law, the User has the right to access information received by ANET™, i.e. has the right to request information regarding:
(a) the purposes of the processing;
(b) the categories of data processed;
(c) the category of recipients to whom the User’s personal data has been or will be transferred;
(d) the storage period or criteria for determining it, as well as other information.
4.3.1.1. Unless otherwise implemented in the ANET™ Mobile interface, information (copy) may be provided to ANET™ in writing or by other means of communication.
4.3.1.2. If ANET™ has grounds to doubt the identity of the User submitting a request in accordance with clause 4.3.1 of this Policy, it has the right to request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of such User.
4.3.1.3. The request for information (copy) shall be reviewed within one month (30 days) from the date of its receipt by ANET™. ANET™ has the right to extend the specified period by two months (60 days) taking into account the complexity and number of requests. ANET™ shall inform the User of such extension in any way convenient for ANET™, indicating the reasons that served as the basis for such extension.
4.3.1.4. If the request has no clear justification, as well as in the case of an excessive number of requests, ANET™ has the right to charge a reasonable fee for fulfilling the request (taking into account administrative costs) or refuse to fulfill it. ANET™ will also not be able to provide the User with information about him published in the manner provided for in paragraph 3.3.2.5. of the Policy.
4.3.1.5. The User has the right to independently transfer information received from ANET™ in the manner provided in this section to another controller.
4.4 Right to object
4.4.1. Within the limits of the norms established by the applicable legislation, the User may revoke any consent previously provided by him or her or present his or her objections on legal grounds regarding the processing of his or her personal information. In some situations, the revocation of consent will mean that the User will not be able to use the ANET™ Services.
4.4.2. In accordance with applicable law, the User has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
5. Measures taken to protect the personal information of Clients.
5.1. ANET™ takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions by third parties.
5.2. ANET™ protects and processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (ZRU-547 dated 02.07.2019) and other regulatory acts governing relations in the field of ensuring the security of personal data.
5.3. When processing personal data, ANET™ ensures their security and takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions, by establishing a confidentiality regime with respect to such data and monitoring its compliance, as well as by introducing additional security measures that implement the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, standards and internal organizational and administrative documents of ANET™.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law 6.1. ANET™ has the right to offer the User to change and/or supplement this Policy by publishing a new version of the Agreement. The User’s acceptance of such an offer constitutes implicit actions to use any of the ANET™ Services under the new conditions.
6.2. The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and regulations governing relations in the field of ensuring the security of personal data shall apply to this Policy and the relations between the User and ANET™.

7.2. ANET™ has the right not to answer questions that are not related to the provisions of this Policy, which does not deprive the User of the opportunity to send such questions to ANET™ to the addresses in the section “Contact information of JSC ANET”
