Organization Code

Username

Password

This information is required solely to allow users to log in to their organization’s system.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The collected information is used only for the following purposes:

To enable user authentication

To improve user experience by allowing automatic login

To prevent users from re-entering their credentials on every launch

3. Data Storage

The organization code, username, and password are stored only on the user’s device.

Data is stored locally using Android’s SharedPreferences mechanism.

No user data is transmitted to, stored on, or processed by Async servers or any third-party servers.

4. Data Sharing

Albipos:

Does not share user data with third parties

Does not collect data for advertising or analytics purposes

Does not sell, rent, or transfer user data to any entity

5. Use of WebView

The Application uses WebView technology to access the related service. User credentials are injected into the WebView only to automate the login process.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user data.

All data is stored locally on the user’s device.

Ensuring device-level security (screen lock, encryption, etc.) is the user’s responsibility.

7. User Rights

Users may:

Remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the application

Clear saved credentials at any time within the application

8. Children’s Privacy

Albipos is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and the Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
