Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using the AlbaLitera application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
1. License Grant
Juan Ignacio Morón Aranda grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use the AlbaLitera app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
2. Use Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
 

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
     
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app.
     
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
     
  • Violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
     

3. Subscription Terms
AlbaLitera offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:
 

  • Plans and Pricing: We offer the following subscription plans:
    • Pro Monthly: Shared as "Pro Mensual".
    • Pro Annual: Shared as "Pro Anual".
    • The exact price for each plan is displayed within the app purchase screen before you confirm the transaction.
     
  • Price Variation: Prices may vary depending on your region and currency settings in the App Store.
     
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
     
  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
     
  • Management and Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your iPhone/iPad Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
     
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
     

4. Intellectual Property
The application and its content (including but not limited to software, design, and graphics) are the property of Juan Ignacio Morón Aranda and are protected by copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juan Ignacio Morón Aranda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
6. Termination
Juan Ignacio Morón Aranda reserves the right to terminate your license to use the app at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
