Privacy Policy — Our Evolution RPG

This Privacy Policy applies to the Our Evolution RPG mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application"), created and published by Gustavo Felipe (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").

The Application is provided as a free service with optional features and purchases and is intended for use "AS IS".

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect or process certain information when you download, access, or use it.

Application usage information, including pages or features accessed;

Account and Authentication Data

The Application allows users to authenticate using supported account providers, including Google authentication.

When authentication is used, the Application may process information such as:

A unique account identifier;
Email address;
Display name or profile information made available by the authentication provider.

This information may be used to identify your account, synchronize your progress, protect your data, restore access, and provide account-related functionality.

The Application does not receive or store your Google account password.

Gameplay and Profile Data

To provide the role-playing, progression, avatar, mission, reward, and financial organization features of the Application, the Application may store information associated with your account, including:

Character progress;
Experience points and level;
Game statistics;
Missions and mission completion history;
Virtual currency and rewards;
Inventory and equipped items;
Avatar appearance and customization;
Application preferences;
User-created gameplay or organizational information;
Finance-related entries that you voluntarily create within the Application's treasury features.

This information is used to provide the Application's core functionality and synchronize your experience where applicable.

Location Information

The Application does not intentionally collect precise geographic location information from your mobile device.

Third-party service providers may determine approximate location from information such as an IP address as part of their own security, analytics, advertising, or service operations.

Artificial Intelligence

The current version of Our Evolution RPG does not use paid generative Artificial Intelligence services to process personal user data or generate the Application's main mission system.

The main quest and personalization logic used by the Application operates without sending personal profile information to a paid generative AI service.

Advertising

The Application may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Advertising services may process information such as:

Device identifiers;
Advertising identifiers;
IP address;
General device information;
Advertising interactions;
Diagnostic and performance information.

The exact information processed by advertising providers may depend on your device settings, consent choices, region, and the provider's own privacy practices.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features.

Purchase transactions are processed through services such as Google Play and may also use RevenueCat to manage purchase and subscription entitlement status.

The Application does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

Purchase-related services may process information such as:

Purchase identifiers;
Product or subscription purchased;
Transaction status;
Subscription status;
Application user identifier;
Device or platform information required to validate purchases.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services to provide functionality such as authentication, database storage, advertising, purchases, subscriptions, application infrastructure, diagnostics, and platform integration.

Google Play Services

Used for Android platform functionality and integration.

Google Sign-In / Google Authentication

Used to allow supported users to authenticate securely with a Google account.

Supabase

Used to provide backend functionality including authentication, account data, database storage, synchronization, and application services.

RevenueCat

Used to manage and validate subscription and purchase entitlement information where applicable.

The Service Provider is responsible for selecting and integrating third-party services and seeks to use them only for legitimate Application functionality.

Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers when necessary to operate the Application.

The Service Provider may share information:

With service providers that perform services on behalf of the Application;
When required to operate authentication, cloud storage, purchases, subscriptions, advertising, or other Application functionality;
When required by law, legal process, court order, or government request;
When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations;
When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the Service Provider, or others.

The Service Provider does not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Third-party providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

Data Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information.

Where information is transmitted between the Application and online services, modern encrypted connections such as HTTPS are used where supported.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are also responsible for maintaining appropriate security over their devices and accounts.

Data Retention

Personal and account-related information may be retained for as long as necessary to:

Provide the Application and its features;
Maintain your account and game progress;
Fulfill legitimate operational requirements;
Maintain transaction and purchase records where necessary;
Detect fraud or abuse;
Comply with legal obligations;
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Information that is no longer required for these purposes may be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Some records may need to be retained for a longer period when required by law, accounting requirements, fraud prevention, security, or other legitimate obligations.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Please clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your Our Evolution RPG account and associated data.

The Service Provider will verify and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal information and account-associated data that is no longer required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or regulatory purposes will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate purposes such as financial records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security.

Deleting or uninstalling the Application from a device does not automatically delete server-side account information.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop future collection of information through the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall functionality provided by your mobile device or application marketplace.

You may also manage certain advertising, privacy, and device permissions through your Android or Google account settings.

Where consent is required for a particular service, you may be provided with options to manage that consent.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.

International Processing

Some third-party service providers used by the Application may process or store information in countries other than your country of residence.
