The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

A. Information you provide directly to us:

Account Information: When an account is created (by the Administrator) for a Student, Parent, or Teacher, we collect your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address, and a secure Password.

Academic Information: We collect and store data related to educational progress, including Class/Medium assignment, Roll Numbers, Attendance Records, Offline and Online Test Scores, and assignment data.

Communications: Messages sent through the in-app "Doubt Resolution" chat feature are securely stored to facilitate communication between students and faculty.

B. Information collected automatically:

Device Data & Push Tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send you push notifications regarding announcements, attendance alerts, and fee reminders.
