## [English Version] Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the **Eye-Keeper** app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad-Supported and In-App Purchase service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
### Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to protect users' eyesight by measuring the physical distance between the user's face and the mobile device screen.
To provide this core functionality, the Application requires access to your device's **Front-Facing Camera**.
**CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING CAMERA AND FACIAL DATA:**
- The Application uses Google ML Kit (Face Detection API) to calculate the distance between your face and the screen.
- **On-Device Processing Only:** All camera streams, images, and facial recognition data are processed locally on your device in real-time.
- **No Data Retention or Transmission:** The Application DOES NOT record, store, or save any photos, videos, or facial data. NO visual or facial data is ever transmitted to the Service Provider's servers or any external third-party servers.
The Application does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
The Application may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information, such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- Aggregated, anonymized crash reports to improve application stability
### Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The Application is intended as a family-friendly utility designed to protect the eyesight of users of all ages, including children.
We are committed to protecting children's privacy and strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- We **DO NOT** knowingly collect, solicit, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under the age of 13.
- All core functionalities (including camera use for distance measurement) operate completely offline on the device without data collection.
- Advertisements served within the Application are configured to comply with child-directed treatment policies (TFCD), preventing personalized tracking and inappropriate ad content for children.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that we can take necessary actions to delete it.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since the Application does not transmit personal data or camera feeds over the internet, your most sensitive data remains physically secure on your own device.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.

다만 앱의 안정성 개선을 위해 다음과 같은 비식별 정보가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다:
- 기기의 인터넷 프로토콜(IP) 주소
- 모바일 기기의 운영 체제 정보
- 앱 품질 향상을 위한 익명화된 비정상 종료(크래시) 로그
### 어린이 개인정보 보호 (COPPA 준수)
