AI Smart Wallet
This privacy policy applies to the AI Smart Wallet app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by João Marco de Paula Santana (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data. Below is an overview of the data practices for this app:
Data Collection
The Application itself does not collect personally identifiable information without your consent.
All information you input is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted or shared with any third-party services, except where explicitly specified below.
Authentication Data
Authentication data (such as login credentials) is securely transmitted to Firebase for the sole purpose of enabling login and subscription payment processing.
Firebase only processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and does not use it for other purposes.
Financial Data
The Application may send transactional financial data (such as account entries and categories) to Gemini for processing.
This data is anonymized and cannot be used to personally identify you. Gemini has no means of associating this data with any specific individual.
Personalized Advertising & Tracking
The Application uses AdMob and related services to display ads. Some of these ads may be personalized using device identifiers and tracking technologies (such as cookies or advertising IDs).
On iOS, the Application requests permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies (NSUserTrackingUsageDescription). This tracking is used exclusively for delivering personalized ads and improving your ad experience.
If you do not consent to tracking, you will still receive ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

to trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider under confidentiality obligations.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device.
On iOS, you may deny or revoke tracking permissions in your device settings.
On Android, you may opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Service Provider at joao.santana.developer@gmail.com.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal data should contact the Service Provider.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures (physical, electronic, and procedural) to safeguard the confidentiality of your information and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
