AI Prompt Generator Terms of Use

  These Terms of Use apply to the AI Prompt Generator mobile application, referred to in this document as the "Application",

  provided by JetUp Digital, referred to as the "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our".

  By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms,

  please do not use the Application.

  1. Use of the Application

  AI Prompt Generator is provided to help users create prompts, generate drafts, improve text, and work with AI-assisted

  content. You are responsible for how you use the Application and any content generated through it.

  You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the

  Application, copy or modify the Application without permission, or use the Application for unlawful, harmful, abusive,

  deceptive, or infringing purposes.

  2. AI-Generated Content

  The Application may use artificial intelligence services to generate responses, drafts, prompts, or other content based on

  your input.

  AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review

  all outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

  The Application does not provide legal, medical, financial, professional, or safety-critical advice. You are responsible for

  evaluating generated content and using your own judgment.

  3. User Content

  You are responsible for any text, prompts, messages, instructions, files, or other content you submit to the Application.

  You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, confidential, highly sensitive,

  or otherwise inappropriate unless you have the right and authority to do so.

  Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, confidential business, or private information unless you are

  comfortable with that information being processed by the services needed to operate the Application.

  4. Accounts and Sign-In

  Some features may require an account or sign-in through supported authentication providers such as Apple or Google. You are

  responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

  If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us.

  5. Subscriptions and Purchases

  AI Prompt Generator may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions, including monthly and yearly subscription plans.

  Premium may unlock higher daily AI generation limits, premium prompt packs, advanced prompt tools, or other paid features.

  Premium access may remain subject to reasonable usage limits needed to protect service reliability, prevent abuse, and

  control operating costs.

  Subscription titles, durations, prices, and available offers are shown in the purchase screen before confirmation. Payment

  will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your

  account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the Application does

  not cancel your subscription.

  If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the terms of that offer will be shown before purchase. Any unused portion

  of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

  Refunds, billing issues, and cancellation handling are managed by Apple according to App Store policies.

  6. Apple Standard End User License Agreement

  For iOS users, your use of the Application is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, available at:

  If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, Apple’s terms may apply where

  required by Apple’s policies.

  7. Third-Party Services

  The Application may use third-party services to provide authentication, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions,

  infrastructure, and AI generation.

  These services may include, but are not limited to:

  Apple App Store and In-App Purchase services

  Firebase

  Firebase Authentication

  Firebase Analytics

  Firebase Crashlytics

  Google Sign-In

  Google Generative AI or other AI service providers

  Third-party services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party

  services, websites, or content that we do not control.

  8. Internet Connection and Device Requirements

  Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the

  Application does not function properly because of network issues, device problems, operating system limitations, lack of

  available data, or other conditions outside our control.

  You are responsible for any mobile data charges, roaming charges, or other fees charged by your mobile provider or internet

  service provider.

  9. Availability and Changes

  We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. We may also change available

  features, limits, subscription offerings, or pricing where permitted by applicable platform rules.

  We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  10. Intellectual Property

  The Application, including its design, features, software, trademarks, content, and related intellectual property, belongs to

  the Service Provider or its licensors.

  You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Application unless

  permitted by law or expressly authorized by us.

  11. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,

  exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from

  your use of or inability to use the Application.

  The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where warranties

  cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  12. Termination

  We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, or use it in a

  way that may cause harm to us, other users, third-party services, or the Application.

  You may stop using the Application at any time. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through your App Store

  account settings to stop future renewals.

  13. Changes to These Terms

  We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued

  use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
