AI Prompt Generator Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Prompt Generator mobile application, referred to in this document as the "Application",
provided by JetUp Digital, referred to as the "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our".
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when using the
Application.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account information, such as your name, email address, user identifier, or authentication provider information when you sign
in with Apple, Google, or another supported sign-in method.
App usage information, such as features used, subscription status, premium entitlement status, generation limits, settings,
language preferences, and other information needed to operate the Application.
Prompt and chat content, such as prompts, messages, instructions, or text you submit when using AI-assisted features.
Purchase and subscription information, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, subscription tier, purchase status,
renewal status, and related App Store purchase information needed to unlock Premium features.
Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, diagnostics,
performance data, and analytics events.
Support information, such as your email address and the content of messages you send to us when requesting help.
2. Information You Provide
You may provide information directly when you:
Create or sign in to an account
Use prompts, chat, or AI generation features
Save app settings or preferences
Purchase, restore, or manage a subscription
Contact us for support
Use other features inside the Application
You should not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, confidential business, or private information unless you
are comfortable with that information being processed by the services needed to operate the Application.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the Application
Authenticate users
Generate AI-assisted responses
Save preferences and app settings
Display prompt history or related app content where supported
Process and verify subscriptions and Premium access
Manage daily generation limits and fair usage controls
Improve app quality, reliability, and performance
Analyze feature usage and subscription flow performance
Detect, prevent, and troubleshoot errors, abuse, fraud, or technical issues
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal, platform, and security obligations
4. AI Processing
When you use AI-assisted features, the text you submit may be sent to AI service providers or service endpoints in order to
generate a response.
AI providers may process your input and generated output according to their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit
information that you do not want processed by third-party AI services.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card
details.
We may receive and store subscription-related information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, entitlement status,
and renewal-related data, so the Application can unlock Premium features and restore purchases.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that collect or process information to help us operate and improve the
Application.
These services may include, but are not limited to:
Apple App Store and In-App Purchase services
Firebase
Firebase Authentication
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
Google Sign-In
Google Generative AI or other AI service providers
These third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the
privacy policies of the services you use.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how users interact with the Application, identify bugs, measure
performance, and improve the product.
Analytics data may include app events, feature usage, subscription funnel events, device information, app version, and
technical diagnostics. We do not use analytics to intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
8. Data Storage and Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, maintain accounts, support
subscriptions, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Some information may be stored locally on your device. Removing the Application may delete locally stored information, but it
does not automatically delete information stored by third-party services or cancel active subscriptions.

We may need to retain certain information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution,
or legitimate business purposes.
Subscription cancellation must be handled through your App Store account settings.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the
internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or processed through the Application.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us and we will take
appropriate steps to delete such information where required.
12. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data
protection laws that differ from those in your location.
By using the Application, you understand that your information may be processed by us and third-party service providers in
different jurisdictions.
13. Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it.
You can manage app permissions through your device settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store
account settings. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data where applicable.

The Application may contain links to external websites or third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
Continued use of the Application after changes means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
