This is the Privacy Policy of Jomats FZCO (we may also be referred to in this document as "we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines how information is collected, used and disclosed by Jomats FZCO with respect to your access and use of our services through application AI Pawer Chat (may also be referred to in this document as “the App (application)”, “our App (application)” “this App (application)” and website.
Our Privacy policy applies to all users, and others who access the App (“Users”).
By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to any third-party websites, services or applications that can be accessed through our services.
The term "personal data" or "personal information" pertain to any details that are connected to an identified or potentially identifiable individual.

Sharing of Data
We collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use our services, as well as information about your use of our services through your device. This information may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our service/application, the time/date of your use of the service/application, and other statistics.
We also collect information that your web browser sends when you visit our website, as example the IP address, browser, referring/exit pages and URLs, pages viewed, and other such information about your use of our services.
You are free to refuse our request for this information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services without it.
We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for performing the functional service of the App and to comply with our legal obligations.

Service Providers
This Application is distributed on Apple's App Store, a platform for the distribution of mobile apps, provided by Apple Inc.
We may use analytics providers to provide us with necessary infrastructure for delivery and improvement of our services.
These providers will collect the information sent by your mobile device or browser, and their use of that information is governed by their applicable privacy policy.
We do not engage in the sale of any of your personal data to third parties.

We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App or our third-party advertising partners may transfer the information processed automatically across borders and from your jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
Please be aware that this means we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as in your jurisdiction. 
By using the App, you agree that we may transfer your personal data to any third country, a territory.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
The security of your personal information is highly important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

This Application may send push notifications to the User to achieve the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. Users may in most cases opt-out of receiving push notifications by visiting their device settings, such as the notification settings for mobile phones, and then change those settings for this Application, some or all of the apps on the particular device. Users must be aware that disabling push notifications may negatively affect the utility of this Application. 

Payment Information
Our e-commerce provider, Apple, is responsible for securely processing and charging for in-app purchases, and for handling your personal information in a safe and secure manner. We do not have access to or use your credit or debit card information as this is processed as part of the contract between you and Apple. You may access the rules and policies for in-app purchases directly from the app stores.

Children’s Privacy
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at customer service email@jomats.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Changes to this privacy policy
We may modify and revise our Privacy Policy from time-to-time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise it and display the updated version on this page and any other applicable places. 
By continuing to access or use our services after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised policy.
