AGREE.EXE Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the AGREE.EXE app (the "Application") operated by Kerem Sakız (the "Service Provider").
Information We Collect
When you use the Application, we may collect:
- Your device's IP address (used for automatic language detection via ipapi.co)
- Device operating system and usage data
- A display name (username) you voluntarily choose when submitting scores to the leaderboard
- Your game scores and progress (stored locally and, for leaderboard submissions, on our servers)
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Application
- To display leaderboard rankings
- To detect your country for automatic language selection
- To store your game progress locally on your device
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase (supabase.com): Stores leaderboard data including usernames and scores. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
- ipapi.co: Detects your country via IP address for language selection. Privacy policy: https://ipapi.co/privacy
- Google AdMob: May display advertisements. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Data Storage
Game progress is stored locally on your device using browser storage. Leaderboard data (username and score) is stored on Supabase servers.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your leaderboard data by contacting us at keremsakiz@hotmail.com.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
