Active Weather 12 Month Subscription:
Length of subscription for Active Weather is 12 months, if you cancel during the 12 month window the current subscription will not be cancelled. The subscription allows you to make unlimited weather updates and allows the storage of clothing items on iCloud and remove any restrictions on the number ofclothing items that can be stored locally. Future updates may expand the scope of the subscription.
- Free week - a free week of use is enabled on the the app store for this app, this means you can cancel your subscription in the first 7 days if you don't like the app. However this process is managed via Appstore and may change in the future.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, to manage or cancel a subscription please do this in the Settings menu for Active Weather on your device (link included in the app)
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Links to Your Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are included in the apps subscription pages, when subscribing you are agreeing to the terms set out in these.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
- Active Weather comes with no warranty and is used at the risk of the subscriber, the app may experience downtime for maintenance for small periods. In the event of a cyber attack the app may be unavailable for longer, the subscriber accepts these risks.
- The app will be maintained and developed and as such features may change over time.
- The developer cannot be held liable for issues or service outages caused by third party web services provided by Google Cloud Platform, Apple or the Darksky Weather API.
- The Active Weather app remains the intellectual property of the developer and it's branding or content must not be used or copied for any reason without express permission from the developer.
