This Privacy Policy applies to the 5/3/1 Gamer mobile application (“Application”), developed by Functional Fitness Software (“Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service with optional paid features and is intended for use “AS IS”.

1. Scope and Summary

The Application is designed to function primarily offline.

The Service Provider:

  • does not collect personal data
  • does not transmit user data off the device
  • does not store user data on external servers

All user-generated data remains solely on your device.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, process, or transmit personal information.

The Application stores limited data locally on your device, including:

  • workout data (e.g. sets, reps, progress)
  • user preferences and settings

This data:

  • is stored only on your device
  • is not accessible to the Service Provider
  • is not shared with third parties

3. Local Data Storage

Data is stored using on-device storage (SQLite database).

The Service Provider:

  • does not access or process this data
  • does not back up or replicate this data
  • cannot retrieve or delete this data remotely

4. Data Retention

Data is retained only on your device and only for as long as:

  • the Application remains installed, or
  • you choose to retain the data

The Service Provider does not retain any user data externally.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

  • uninstalling the Application (which typically removes all locally stored data), or
  • clearing the Application’s storage/data via your device settings

Note: Some devices or operating systems may create backups outside the Application’s control. The Service Provider has no access to or control over such backups.

6. Advertising (AdMob / Expo Ads)

The Application may display advertisements using third-party services such as Google AdMob (via Expo).

These services may automatically collect certain information, which may include:

  • device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
  • IP address
  • approximate location
  • app interaction data

This data may be used to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve advertising services
  • deliver personalised or non-personalised ads

The Service Provider:

  • does not control how third-party advertisers collect or use data
  • does not have access to data collected by these services

Users in certain regions (such as the EEA/UK) may be presented with options to manage consent for personalised advertising.

7. Location Data

The Application does not collect precise real-time location data.

However, advertising providers may infer approximate location based on device data.

The Service Provider does not share user data.
