1. Camera Usage

The application uses the device’s camera solely for the purpose of allowing the user to record their tennis matches and generate video clips.

The images and videos captured are not transmitted to external servers, nor are they automatically shared with third parties.

2. Microphone Usage

The microphone is used only to record audio along with the video during gameplay recording.

No audio data is transmitted or shared with third parties.

3. Storage and Synchronization

All videos and data generated within the application:

Remain exclusively on the user’s device, or

When enabled by the user, are stored in the user’s private iCloud account, which is managed directly by Apple.

The application does not have access to any files stored in the user’s iCloud and does not upload content to any other servers.

4. Personal Data

The application does not collect, store, or request:

Name

Email address

Phone number

Location data

Contacts

Personal photos

Identifiers

Any other sensitive or personally identifiable information

We do not create user profiles, do not track activity across apps, and do not use cookies for data collection.

5. Usage and Diagnostic Data

The application may make use of anonymized usage or crash data generated automatically by the operating system to improve application performance.

Such data does not identify the user and is processed directly by Apple.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with:

We do not sell, trade, or rent any user information.

7. User Control

The user may:

Delete recorded videos at any time.

Disable camera or microphone access through Settings > Privacy on the device.

If access is revoked, certain application features may become unavailable.
